You think sport means wonderful health, easiness and flexibility? – Yes, but only if it is about only moderate physical training. Those spending hours in gyms and at stadiums have not less, but rather more problems with their health than people who don’t go in for sports at all. Especially of we speak about health of the joints.

Injures, higher physical and psycho-emotional loads – that’s what an athlete’s hard working days are made of. Joints work at their full and there is commonly no time for proper rest or a visit to the doctor. And very soon health is sacrified in the name of athletic feats. The saddest thing in this situation is that along with health athlets lose their favourite calling too. This may lead to the loss of faith in oneself and outright depression.

Medal… for courage

stat enjoy racion1An excessively active lifestyle has many side effects. For example, shooters and biathletes suffer from hearing impairment; swimmers, who spend much time in pools with chlorinated water, complain of maxillitis, otitis and asthma; cyclists more often than others face such ailments as piles and prostate diseases; runners come to cardiologists with stenocardia and other heart diseases.

Another curse of sports professionals is overtraining. Trying to jump as high and lift as much as possible, sportsmen subject themselves to unacceptable loads and paces. The result is injures, insomnia, bad appetite, headaches and muscle pains and even complete loss of interest to the favourite sport. Joint injuries are probably the most common problem. Downhill skiers risk their knees and backbones, track and field athletics is commonly associated with arthrosis and steeplechasers very often suffer from hip fractures due to the joint “wear”. Tennis players and shooters suffer from pain of the hook arm joints, football players suffer from knee arthroses and those practicing extreme sports are permanent patients of orthopedic surgeons: their bones, ligaments and cartilages suffer from excessive loads.

stat enjoy racion2Arthrosis, a rather age-related disease, makes an unpleasant exception: it can be found in young men in their twenties and thirties. Due to permanent and rather heavy loads the articular cartilage wears out excessively fast, cracks and becomes thin. A person may be full of stamina and sound ambitions, but the pain turns even the strongest and most successful ones into colossus with feet of clay (or more exactly—with joints of clay).

The first symptom is pain in joints that goes away after a good rest. Doctors call this phenomenon “a mechanical rhythm of pain”. Another sign of arthrosis is the morning joint stiffness when joints feel “rusty”. This feeling fades away some time later and one can walk normally. But by the end of the day it comes back again. It becomes stronger and it sets in more and more often. Soon, instead of going to the gym, one has to go to doctors and start taking medicine instead of protein cocktails. Finally, the formerly active and self-confident person turns into a oldman who is afraid to make an extra move and whose only “sport” is not watching sport on TV.

In Their Defence

Joints need care not only when pain strikes but well in advance and on a regular basis as an everyday routine:

stat enjoy racion3- Mete out your loads and listen to your body: no sports achievement is worth the cost such as crutches.

- Don’t forget about external protection: use elastic bandage, appropriate footwear, knee-pads and helmet if required.

- Control your weight: extra kilos increase pressure on the joints. When we walk, the load on joints increase twice, and when we run – the load is increased by 4. It means that 10 extra kilos will turn into 20 or even 40 kilos of extra load.

All these measures will reduce the injury risk. However, in addition to this it is very important to “feed” joints properly for restoration of the cartilaginous tissue. For this purpose, specialists of the Vision DEM4 laboratory developed a new food supplement—Enjoy NT—a perfect match to the already available gel—EnjoyNT—that has already established a perfect reputation.

Enjoy NT gel heats joints for physical loads and gives them rest afterwards.
Cayenne pepper provides a soft warming effect, improves blood circulation, helps regeneration.
Unicorn plant reduces edema, removes inflammation, eases pain in joints, increases their mobility.
Peanut oil fosters growth and restoration of tissues and has an antioxidative action.

The new EnjoyNT food supplement helps its fellow-product by supporting joints from inside. It effectively fights destruction of connective tissues, favours cartilage regeneration and returns cartilage to the physical norm.
Glucosamine supports restoration of the cartilage damaged by sports loads and prevents its destruction.
Chondroitin acts as a building material for the creation of new healthy cartilaginous tissue.
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) has an anti-inflammatory and antioxidative action and keeps the cartilaginous tissue of joints healthy.

Among the ingredients of the food supplement there is the unique bamboo extract that has hardly been used before in joint formulations. Everyone knows how lean and flexible bamboo is. Its extract generously grants flexibility and power. It stimulates collagen release in bones and connective tissues, takes part in cartilage regeneration and provides active re-mineralization of bones. This is particularly important for those leading an active life, because bones of sportsmen tend to be weaker than bones of common people, that is probably due to big loads and low-calorie diets. But with the new EnjoyNT complex you can supply your cartilaginous and joint tissues with everything necessary for new sports achievements.
